Five Schools Project
Building Queensland led the Five Schools Project Detailed Business Case in partnership with the Department of Education. The detailed business case investigated the delivery of new schools in the following high growth areas:
- Ripley Valley – primary and secondary school
- Mango Hill – secondary school
- Coomera – secondary school
- Yarrabilba – secondary school.
The detailed business case was completed in Q2 2018 and presented to the Queensland Government for consideration.All Completed Business Cases
The Gold Coast is Australia’s largest non-capital city and the second largest city in Queensland, with its population forecast to increase by 61 per cent to 928,000 in 2041. The provision of high-capacity public transport will allow the Gold Coast to accommodate forecast growth while preserving the attractiveness and liveability of the southern Gold Coast.
The Bruce Highway is a vital link for general traffic, freight and tourism joining Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay and central and northern Queensland.
The Bruce Highway from Kate Street to Aumuller Street is an urban arterial road that provides connectivity from Cairns to the rest of Queensland and services both intra and inter-regional movement.
